Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Vaultam, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.

License to Use

Vaultam grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the application on your devices for personal financial management purposes.

You may:

  • Use the app for personal financial tracking
  • Create backups of your data
  • Use on multiple personal devices

Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Reverse engineer or modify the app
  • Use for commercial purposes
  • Redistribute or sell the application

Subscriptions & Billing

Vaultam offers auto-renewable subscription options (such as monthly and yearly plans).

  • •Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase.
  • •Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • •Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • •You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
  • •Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Credits (Top-Up Purchases)

Vaultam also offers consumable top-up purchases (credits).

  • •Credits are purchased once and added to your account balance.
  • •Credits do not expire and remain available until used.
  • •Credit purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Vaultam is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not financial advisors. The app is a tool for tracking personal finances and should not be considered as professional financial advice.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vaultam be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.

Termination

You may terminate these terms at any time by uninstalling the application. Your data remains on your device unless you explicitly delete it.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Privacy Policy

Your use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of [your country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
